100% payment 7 days prior to arrival.

Full refund for cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival.

Fire risk

We are a high-risk fire area, be conscious regarding braaing, we often have strong winds picking up during the night and we would hate for a stray coal to cause trouble.  Once you are finished braaing – extinguish the fire – there is a bucket in the cleaning cupboard or a hosepipe nearby.

Wood

Wood is R40 per crate paid prior to arrival.

Please remember to pack enough firelighters.

Dogs

Dogs are charged R250 per dog per stay

Two dogs per cottage limit

No dogs on any furniture.

We take no responsibility for any dogs.

Fencing cannot be guaranteed that dogs won't get out as some of the cottages only have normal farm fencing or none at all.

Clean up after your pet.

Other guests might not love your dog as much as you do so please respect the space of other guests and please don't let your dog bark if possible

Accessibility

All our cottages are accessible by normal "VW Polo" type cars. Guests will travel roughly 4km on a dirt road off the N2 towards the Riviersonderend mountain.

Animals

Please note this is a farm.

We have bats, stripped veld mice, buck and porcupines.

There will always be a slight chance that any of these animals might get into the cottage any time of the day/night.

If you feel uncomfortable with any of these animals the farm is not for you.
